Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order.
Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

We ship within Canada and outside Canada (United States and International)
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days.
Post's delivery standard is 4 - 10 business days.

• Processing time is 1 - 3 business days and only ship Monday-Friday
  
• Shipping time is 5 - 15 days
  

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pitchtreasures.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
